Paraskevi (Evi) was born in Kefallonia and is a graduate of the Athens Law School. She is Member of the Athens Bar Association and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Athens. She is fluent in English.
Paraskevi bears a 35-year experience and has a broad expertise in corporate, commercial and penal law matters.
She carries out complicated negotiations for commercial agreements and acquisition, development and investments in real estates, advices on the institutional framework and corporate matters for enterprises as well as on administration compliance matters.
Her experience includes negotiations with banks as regards the granting of loans for financing of undertakings and settlement of relevant disputes.
In addition, her extensive litigation and enforcement experience places Paraskevi in the managing position to lead the cases in court proceedings with an expertise not only in the aforementioned fields but also in insurance, employment and car accidents law and the enforcement thereof.
