Anastasia Iliokaftou is an Appelate lawyer and a member of the Piraeus Bar Association, registered in 2005.

She is a graduate of the English University of Anglia Polytechnic University and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Southampton specializing in Maritime Law (LLM-Master of Laws Maritime Law).

She speaks English and French fluently and has a very good knowledge of Spanish.

She has been practicing law for twenty consecutive years as well as legal advisory representation of companies of all types. She also undertakes commercial cases related to the registration of Industrial Patents at the Industrial Property and Trademarks Organization of the Ministry of Development, specializing in Trademark and Patent Law.

She maintains long-lasting cooperation with the Legal Person governed by Public Law “E.O.P.Y.Y.” undertaking public and administrative law cases and has dealt with cases of obtaining Golden Visas for foreign investors in Greece. Other areas of expertise are maritime law, family law, road accident claims and land registry matters.
